Conversion of existing integral garage to living accommodation and Erection of single oak framed timber garage in Curridge, Hermitage

The building work for a wrap around extension has been completed for a 1930's house in Newbury. This included remodeling of the ground floor to provide extended living / dining space, family room, utility space and shower room / wc.
We are currently preparing the phase two plans for a loft conversion for new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Planning approval has been granted for extending and improving a house on a large site in Headley near Newbury. The proposal included the relocation and additions of stable blocks. The house (originally a single storey bungalow) will gain a new two storey extension to give two new bedrooms, a bathroom, a new living room and a new study / family room. There will be new dormer windows in the existing roof and a new entrance porch.

Full plans building regulation approval for single storey extension to a very nice 1930's style house in Newbury. The design was to extend and remodel to provide a generous new kitchen and family room. The extension is stepped down to give better access to the garden through two set of bi-fold doors. The ceiling is vaulted in line with the rafters to give an added sense of space and light will penetrate the house via glazed roof lights in the vaulted ceiling.  We look forward to the building to start in the early summer.

The design was to extend and remodel the kitchen includes a very nice glazed roof lantern over a flat roof with a stone capped parapet wall. We look forward to seeing the build start in the next couple of months.
