Having forwarded your email to myself at work as our home printer is not great I've now had more of a look through and these are fantastic in terms of visualizing the extension - including the roof. If you had any photos of that style of roof handy from other projects that would be interesting to see but absolutely no worries if not - the drawings are excellent in terms of helping with this. Really like the 3D views! We just need to have a proper look through / discussion to check both Gareth and I happy & we'll get back to you asap. This new extension will provide lovely views over open countryside, with a new enlarged kitchen / famliy room under vaulted ceilings, with additional utility and ground floor shower / cloak room. New link to garage and new front porch designed.

Stradling Design Architecture will continue to oversee the work due to start on site this autumn. We are pleased to have received the granting of new contemporary styled house extension on a lovely plot in Washwater, Newbury. The double height spaced atrium forms a new split level family kitchen / dining area with fantastic views across a river and farm land beyond.
We just received a lovely call this morning from one of our clients who is over the moon with the build that has just been completed at his home in Mortimer.
The work we designed for them has just been completed on a new rear extension with open plan kitchen, dining living area and complete redecoration / make over. It is great to hear from such a thrilled client and he has asked us over to take some photographs of the finished project. We look forward to publishing the finished results. |
